Right of withdrawal

The Company recognizes the buyer the right of withdrawal provided for by law. This right applies only in the case of purchases made by private customers.

Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, he/she must send a registered mail with return receipt to:

The mail can also be anticipated by fax or email, provided it is then confirmed within the following 48 hours in the manner described above.

The law applies to goods purchased in their entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal on parts of the product. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, intact and without signs of tampering.

The shipping costs are charged to the customer.

After receiving the goods and checking their conservation status, the Company will reimburse the Customer by bank transfer, within 30 days of receiving the request, for the full amount paid for the goods. The Customer must provide the bank details (IBAN code) of the account on which to credit the refund.
