Orders

The  minimum purchase order value is 20.00 Euros, VAT included, which we ask you to respect when completing the order.

Tip: If you are only interested in a few products, we recommend you to aggregate orders with friends and acquaintances.

Usually, the items on the e-commerce are in stock,; however, in case of temporary unavailability, we will email you highlighting possible alternatives for replacement and/or any reorganization times.

The Company will confirm the correct receipt of the order through an Order Proposal, sent by e-mail to the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed. This message will contain the date and time of the order’s execution and an identification number to be used in any further communication. The message contains all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

After the due checks, the Company will send the Customer an Order Confirmation with the total amount to be paid (including: the purchased items, the transportation/shipping costs, and the VAT).

In the event that the buyer is a company, the goods will be accompanied by a Shipping Document and the related invoice will then be sent to the address entered in the registry. If the buyer is a private individual, a simple receipt will be issued. 

Online orders are not permitted to minors.

The standard shipping rate provided by the e-commerce of www.ilbaggiolo.it are:

– 10.00 Euros including VAT for national shipments. 

– 30.00 Euros + VAT for international shipments.

In case of payment by cash on delivery, the shipping costs could be higher.

The costs include packaging. The Customer can also choose to collect the goods personally at our headquarters or hire a carrier of his/her choice.
