Italian Terms and condition
1. GENERAL
Il Baggiolo s.r.l. which is based in Abetone Cutigliano, Via Brennero, 55/57 PT P.I. 00893610477, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, transforms and sale undergrowth fruits. The following conditions of sale exclusively regulate the online sales on the website.
Il Baggiolo s.r.l. guarantees that the price charged for the goods and / or products ordered through the e-commerce of the website www.ilbaggiolo.it will correspond exactly to the total amount shown in the order summary, before the final confirmation.
No additional or hidden costs, except for shipping costs, will be charged on the purchased goods.
Il Baggiolo s.r.l. undertakes to ship goods intact and controlled with high and consolidated quality standards. If any flaws are found in the purchased items, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, as provided by law, no later than 10 working days from the delivery date and within the terms indicated in the “Return of goods” chapter.
2. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
When completing the order, the Customer must declare to have entirely read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. the Customer should also take care of printing and keeping a copy of them. The Customer is obliged to provide his home address (which will be considered as the default shipping address), a telephone number and the e-mail address to which the Order Confirmation should be sent.
If the shipping address is different from the home address, the customer must specify the shipping address in the notes’ box, as well as providing any additional communication for the courier.
If the Customer wants to receive an invoice as for being a company, the company’s legal name and VAT number must also be specified in the notes’box.
The user guarantees that the credentials supplied during the registration process are correct and truthful.
The Company reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse in the appropriate fora.
The Customer declares to be over the age of 18.
In the event that it is ascertained that the registration and the data provided during the ordering phase relate to a minor, the Customer will be immediately notified and consequently deleted from our e-commerce database.
3. VALIDITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions may be modified by the managers of the Company at any time and without notice. For each purchase made, however, the conditions set out in this document, which can be consulted by the customer at any time and before the final confirmation of the order itself, will have legal value.
4. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The Company undertakes to comply with all those other regulations of the Italian State, expressly not mentioned here, on the Distance Selling Conditions governing online commerce. For any dispute that may arise regarding this contract, the competent court is that of the customer’s residence.
