The goods and products purchased on will be sent through – and in agreement with – Poste Italiane. If desired, the Customer can also choose to collect the goods personally at our headquarters or hire a carrier of his/her choice.

Delivery times range from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 7 working days from the receipt of the payment, excluding holidays and excepting unforeseen events or delays not attributable to the Company. The shipment will take place no later than 3 working days from the receipt of the payment.


The Company is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to the courier and in no case can be held responsible. Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse the products, nor to claim compensations of any kind.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer shall check that the number of boxes and items corresponds to what is indicated in the courier’s waybill and that the packaging and sealing materials are not damaged nor altered.


Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, by affixing the statement: “accepted subject to control of the goods” on the document, and the issue must be also communicated immediately by fax or e-mail to our offices.Attention: if the goods are accepted without affixing the necessary wording, it will not be possible in any way to later claim any damage due to transport.
