3 INGREDIENTS BAKED WAFFLE

INGREDIENTS (for 3 Waffles):

 

100 gr egg white

20 gr milk

3 gr yeast

40 gr oat flour

(20 gr neutral + 20 gr vanilla flavored)

 

Topping

 Spreadable Wild Blueberries by Il Baggiolo

10 gr 100% almond cream

Preparation

 

In a small bowl, combine egg white, oatmeal, milk, and baking powder. Heat the oven at 180 ° C. In the meantime, the mixture will rest. When the oven is hot, pour the mixture into a mold and cook for 20 minutes.
